ANSWERS to some questions that you may have......
What is Plasma Lift/Fibroblast?
Plasma Lift/Fibroblasting treatments are non-invasive, non-surgical procedures that shrink excess skin and wrinkles while instantly smoothing the areas with very little downtime. The actual science behind the procedure it that the handheld device (pen) forms ionized gases in the air to create a small electrical arc similar to a tiny lightning bolt stimulating instant contractions and tightening of the skin's fibers. The difference in voltage between the device and a person's skin to generate a small electrical arch or "plasma discharge".
Does the treatment hurt?
We ensure that our clients experience little or no pain as we use the very best authorized anesthetics in the industry. If a client's pain tolerance is high and he/she may experience more pain than normal, we will add a secondary anesthetic which eliminates any further discomfort. At that point, we will then carefully proceed with the procedure. Some clients may tend to be moderately uncomfortable however that depends on a couple of factors including individual pain tolerance levels and the specific area of treatment. On the other side, some clients actually fall asleep!
How long does the effects of Plasma Lift last?
However, you choose to live our life depends on how long the Plasma Lift/Fibroblast treatment will last. You can not stop your skin from the aging process however typical results will last 2-3 years. The aging factor of the skin is based on lifestyle, genetics, and sun exposure. Plasma Lifting/Fibroblasting helps repair the skin by mitigating the aging process.
Does it Hurt?
As every individual is different, the levels of discomfort will vary. In order to minimize any sensation, topical anesthetics are applied prior to and during the procedure in order to make the treatment as comfortable and pain-free as possible.
What is the downtime?
The treatments can be quick to recover from but this also depends on a number of things to consider including the person's lifestyle and skin laxity. Downtime typically is 2-3 days before the crusts start to fall off. The redness in the area (sometimes light pink) may stay for 7-10 days. Complete healing is 12 weeks as your skin continues to renew and generate new skin growth.
Does Purebelle International Holdings Inc. offer licensing?
Purebelle Aesthetics Inc./Plasma Lift/Fibroblast Training does not license any student. We also will not be held responsible for any licensure requirements in any country, province, or state under any circumstances for anyone that enrolls in any of the Plasma Lift Training course(s). It is solely the decision and at the discretion of the individual to attain appropriate licensing prior to enrolling in any of the courses herein. There will be NO REFUNDS given to any student under these circumstances. No exceptions. Purebelle Aesthetics Inc. will never advise a student regarding licensing requirements under any circumstances.
Can I get insurance once I am certified?
Often your current insurance company will add on this service for an additional fee. There are other companies available that provide insurance in this modality.

As per Health Canada's mandate of November 26, 2018, PUREBELLE INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS INC. has ceased sale and importation of any plasma pen devices in CANADA for Canadians until further notice as per HEALTH CANADA's stop sale notification. We remain completely qualified and insured to carryout Plasma Lift Training both in person outside of Canada and online respectively as confirmed by Health Canada. Health Canada does not oversee However due to the current measures and limitations that Health Canada has imposed in Canada specifically, Purebelle Aesthetics Inc. will continue to provide only "Theory" Plasma Lift training in Canada until further notice. As such we will remain available to all of our Canadian clients (past and present) to guide them through Health Canada's constant transitions in this modality. As per Health Canada's website (https://canada.ca), it is advised that any device owner contact the Plasma Pen manufacturer directly with any mechanical warranties should they arise.
Purebelle Aesthetics Inc. will not be liable for any licensure requirements in any country, province, state, municipality or county, under any circumstances for anyone that enrolls in any of the courses offered herein. It is solely the decision and discretion of the individual to attain appropriate licensing prior to enrolling in any of the courses. THere will be NO REFUNDS given to any student under these circumstances whatsoever. No exceptions.

2. Delivery Location
Tangible products offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada, the United States, Mexico, South America, Europe, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Mexico.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guideline only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [2-3] business days of the date of your order with the exception of National Holidays. Tracking is a purchasing choice and Purebelle International Holdings will not be held liable in any way shape or form of any product lost in transportation by a third party logistics company if adaquate insurance and tracking is not paid by the buyer at purchase time of merchandise/goods..

12. Course Completion Requirements
All courses offered must be completed within a 90 day period of payment being received by Purebelle Aesthetics Inc. Any exceptions must be approved by Purebelle International Holdings Inc. Failure to take the course or complete the training within the 90 day period, students will have to re-apply and/or re-take the course at 50% of the course cost at that time. Re-take course fees will not be retroactive.
Fraud of any kind in person, online, via payment processing or imposters will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Purebelle International Holdings Inc. takes this very seriously and will file police report and charges against any fraudulent persons or activities that take place on our website, through any payment process or any financially related transaction(s). Violators will be prosecuted under local, federal and international laws.
14. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Purebelle Holdings Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
15. Refunds Returns and Exchange Policy
NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON ANY INTANGIBLE AND TANGIBLE PRODUCTS. NO REFUNDS RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON AND PRODUCTS OR SERVICES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Purebelle International Holdings Inc. will not sell or distribute any plasma pen devices that are not approved/classified on the Health Canada website to any Canadian citizen or Canadian company in the current unregulated industry. Manufacturers must obtain registration, licensing and device approval directly through Health Canada.
*Cancellation may be granted on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing to Purebelle International Holdings Inc. at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Postponement of course by any individual may/may not be granted. All course cancellations are subject to a $500 cancellation fee (non-refundable) and will be subject to a course offering at another city or offered online.
*Refunds will not be given after student has paid, and signed the Student Agreement form and received the educational package. This includes but is not limited to: educational documentation, videos, forms and Purebelle Internatonal Holdings Inc. corporate information and educational guidelines for course delivery in any format.
